The Process
A merchandise product design for television animation series targeted for preschoolers.
Sea Squabbles is an animation television series targeted for preschoolers. It aims at introducing children to daily life objects using five underwater animal characters. Eeksaurus studios wanted to make the storyline popularized by launching a merchandise product.

The designed product is a quilt set, which has animal characters and hidden objects attached to it. Children can create stories using these characters to discover the hidden objects in the blanket. The product works best for bedtime stories.

Final Product
The quilt set has a quilt, bedcover and a pillow cover. The quilt comes with five animal characters hooked to the zips. These zips open into pocket where hidden objects can be found. Child when opens the zip or unfolds the pocket of the quilt, new objects can be discovered.

Parents can hide provided objects in the pockets for child to find it. This way child gets introduced to new objects in a fun way. Movements of animal characters on the Zip holder helps child in creating different bed time stories. The quilt can also act as a memory game in a group play where one can hide the objects for others to find.
